I received my key charm today, beautifully and lovingly packaged. When I unpacked it, I was both fascinated and speechless. It's so impressive what has been created from a small piece of leather, with such attention to detail and such exquisite beauty. I was kept informed of every step with photos and messages, small changes were made, and sometimes even suggested by the artist himself when I sent an additional photo. The communication was incredibly friendly. I was already thrilled by the photos, but holding the key charm in my hands now surpasses everything! The charm turned out so incredibly beautiful, and I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you so, so much!
